The following is our experiences gather in operating, maintains, here are some trouble-shootings for your reference only.
PUMP ROTATE BUT NO SYSTEM PRESSURE
(1)The wire of proportional pressure valve on oil pump gets loose and broken or coil is burnt
* Check whether the proportional pressure valve is electrified;
(2)Impurities block the inlet of the proportional pressure valve
*Disassemble the proportional pressure valve to clear the impurities;
(3)Impurities in the pressure oil accumulate on the filter surface and stop pressure oil into the pump
*Clean the filter and change the pressure gauge;
(4)Oil pump leaks as a result of long service, internal wear and damages caused by impure pressure oil
*Repair or change oil pump;
(5)Oil pump, hose or connector leaks oil
* Eliminate the leakage;
(6)Valves jammed
*Inspect whether the valves core moves normally;
SERVICES
                          
                          
NO CLAMPING
(1)The wire of safety door limited switch is loose, broken or damaged
*Connect the wire or change the limited switch;
(2)The clamping electromagnetic coil may move into the directional valve and block the core
*Clean or change clamping and opening control valve;
(3) Directional valve can not reset
*Clean the directional valve
(4) Ejector can not reset
*Inspect whether the ejector moves normally
NO INJECTION
(1)The injection electromagnetic coil may have been burnt, or foreign materials in the direction valve block the spool
*Clean or change injection hydraulic valve;
(2)Pressure too low
*Raise injection pressure;
(3)Insufficient injection temperature
*Adjust the thermometer to Raise the temperature to requirement. If it doesn’t work, inspect the heater band or fuse and change instantly if they are burnt;
(4)Loose and broken or poor-contacted of the wiring of hydraulic valve
*Connect the wire;
SCREW MOVES WITHOUT MATERIALS GO INTO THE BARREL
(1)Back pressure too high, damaged or improperly adjusted of back pressure valve
*Adjust or change the back pressure valve;
(2)Insufficient water supply results in over high temperature thus blocking the micelle into the screw
*Adjust water supply and take out the blocked material;
(3)No material in the hopper
*Feed the hopper;
UNMOVABLE INJECTION CARRIAGE
(1)The limited switch for the movement of injection unit is activated by the adjusting actuator
*Adjust it;
(2)The injection carriage forward valve coil burnt
*Clean or change the electromagnetic valve;
AUTOMATIC MALFUNCTION
(1)Non-workable sensor, loose screw
*Recover the sensor;
(2)Ineffective or damaged timer
*Adjust or change timer;
(3)Heater band is damaged
*Change;
(4)Poor connected thermocouple
*Fasten;
(5)Damaged thermocouple;
*Change;
OPENING SOUND
(1)Opening stroke switch brake fails to function
*Clean or change the electromagnetic valve;
(2)The fixed screw of the slow electromagnetic valve is loose or the spool is blocked
*Adjust to evidently slow speed;
SEMIAUTOMATIC MALFUNCTION
    The semiautomatic circulation is realized through mechanical action strokes touching each electric switch and timer, giving electric signal to control the hyd. valve. In the manual state, each action is normal but the semiautomatic function does not work, which is mainly caused by the limited switch and timer failing to give signal.
    *First observe in which phase the semiautomatic action fails, find out relevant control component by referring to the Action Flow Chart, then inspect and resolve it
HIGH TEMPERATURE OF HYDRALIC OIL
(1)High pressure of oil pump
*Adjust to the required pressure;
(2)Damaged pump or low density of hyd. oil
*Inspect oil pump and oil purity;
(3)Insufficient hyd. oil
*Raise hyd. oil;
(4)The failure of cooling system results in insufficient water supply
*Repair the cooling system;
